Today, Zebrain, the Nordics’ first platform for employee development via coaching, announces that they are launching a new service that enables organizations and companies to collect employee data adapted for sustainability reporting<\/strong>. Social sustainability, or the S in ESG, becomes even more relevant for Swedish companies when the European Commission expands and tightens the regulation around sustainability reporting.<\/p>\n

To support new and existing business customers in the work of sustainable employee development, Zebrain makes available customized measurement points and data that match reporting standards in the field. This means that business customers get access to analysis and aggregated data in areas such as employees’ stress tolerance, work-life balance, internal collaboration and self-leadership. Data becomes comparable on a quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis, which makes it easy to follow, compare and report over time. The service is available from January 2023.<\/p>\n

– We have seen an increased demand for data that is directly linked to the responsibility and work companies do linked to employee development, well-being and sustainable performance. Being able to measure and report on this type of preventive KPIs and “S-data” is becoming more important now that impact measurement and sustainability reporting will soon be a company standard, says Anna Bloth Karling, CEO and founder of Zebrain. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Zebrain’s digital coaching platform is a method for developing, growing and measuring employees’ mental health, work capacity, untapped potential and counteracting stress and sick leave. The new service, developed by Zebrain Labs, analyzes at the company level several different underlying measurement points in each area and aggregates these into a concrete estimate between 0 \u2013 100.<\/p>\n

– There is a lot of work behind producing a qualitative and relevant measurement of subjective values \u200b\u200bsuch as stress resistance, self-leadership or work-life balance. It is not enough to send out an employee survey once a year, but the important thing is to act and apply a method to develop employees over time.
