This strategic partnership marks a significant step forward in Zebrain\u2019s mission to revolutionize employee and leadership development through an AI-powered platform that enables continuous, personalized development across entire organizations, powered by behavioral science, coaching methodology, and automation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Founded in 2020 by Anna Bloth Karling, Gustaf Karling, and Jessica Huge, Zebrain has developed a unique platform that combines artificial intelligence, certified coaching expertise, and customized digital programs to drive measurable behavioral change. This addresses a critical challenge in the global market, where only 12 percent of participants in traditional development programs achieve their intended outcomes.<\/p>\n
