Aino Health and Zebrain sign a cooperation agreement to reduce and prevent stress-related sickness absence.

The health tech company Zebrain launched Sweden's first platform and method for online coaching at the turn of the year. The issue of employees' mental strength and preventive health is at the top of Zebrain's agenda, which naturally coincides with Aino Health's work around the entire value chain that affects corporate health and the associated work environment.

Both SaaS companies see value in combining their data-driven service offerings to prevent and reduce stress in both the short and long term together with their customers. As a full 30% of the societal cost of sickness absence is stress-related*, the two companies see an opportunity to together greatly reduce these costs and at the same time strengthen well-being and business. Zebrain complements Aino Health's value proposition through its research-based method and platform for online coaching that reduces sickness absence both faster and more effectively. The collaboration also comes naturally as the companies target the same end customers.

- Zebrain's coaches and research-based methodology help managers and employees manage and minimize harmful stress, accept challenges, become mentally stronger and achieve their goals. Our user data preliminarily shows an increased mental balance (reduced negative stress) by 24% on average already after 6 weeks, even in cases where stress management was not the primary focus. Employers often know who needs help proactively or reactively dealing with harmful stress, but often lack the bandwidth to address the issue.
