Swedish learntech company Zebrain launches a new AI platform to scale and streamline leadership and employee development. The platform combines evidence-based coaching methodology with advanced AI technology to enable personalized and scalable behavior transformation across organizations. Developed over two years and informed by more than 100 in-depth interviews, the platform has been shaped through close collaboration with leading companies such as Alfa Laval and Securitas.
“Our specialized AI combined with the powerful coaching methodology bridges one of the biggest gaps in L&D — ensuring development programs lead to real behavioral change at work,” says Anna Bloth Karling, CEO and founder of Zebrain.
Securitas has already integrated the platform into its Swedish operations, offering approximately 200 leaders access to an AI-supported coaching program tailored to the company's leadership model and business goals.
“With Zebrain's tool, all our managers get not just one coach - but a personalized AI coach - who is available around the clock and coaches based on Securitas' leadership model and our business goals,” says Dan Svensson, Learning and Talent Lead at Securitas.
Alfa Laval is also scaling the solution across its organization as part of its leadership development efforts.
