Today, Zebrain, the leading digital coaching platform in the Nordic region, announces that Strawberry (formerly Nordic Choice Hotels) has signed a framework agreement to provide digital coaching to leaders and managers within the organization's 230 hotels. Zebrain's digital coaching program, with individually matched highly certified coaches, specialises in driving behavioural change and efficiently developing human capital.

The framework agreement establishes Zebrain as the exclusive partner for the headquarters' ongoing leadership initiatives and the recommended partner for individual hotels within the Nordic group.

In an initial pilot project from October 2022 to April 2023, Zebrain participated in Strawberry's mentorship program, where 20 hotel directors and senior managers had access to regular coaching. After completing the program, all participants reported a positive shift, with self-leadership increasing by 13%, self-awareness by 20%, motivation by 8%, and overall energy – encompassing well-being and the absence of negative stress – increasing by 16%.
