Zebrain Welcomes Dahlgren Capital as New Main Owner

Zebrain, the Nordic region’s first AI-powered platform for corporate learning transformation, announces that Dahlgren Capital, one of Sweden’s foremost investment companies, has become its new main owner. This strategic partnership marks a significant step forward in Zebrain’s mission to revolutionize employee and leadership development through an AI-powered platform that enables continuous, personalized development across entire organizations, powered by behavioral science, coaching methodology, and automation.
Founded in 2020 by Anna Bloth Karling, Gustaf Karling, and Jessica Huge, Zebrain has developed a unique platform that combines artificial intelligence, certified coaching expertise, and customized digital programs to drive measurable behavioral change. This addresses a critical challenge in the global market, where only 12 percent of participants in traditional development programs achieve their intended outcomes.

With this investment, Dahlgren Capital becomes the largest shareholder alongside the founding team, who remain actively involved in the company’s development. The partnership includes an additional SEK 5 million investment to accelerate Zebrain’s growth and innovation.
