Coaching is a proven method that involves creative collaboration to coach your client to uncover opportunities and potential.

The coach’s primary task is to make their client successful in their own change process, to help and challenge them to develop and find the answers and the path to change and development themselves. The goal is to increase their awareness and start acting in a new way.

A coach is a specialist in their client’s development process and should lead to new thoughts, perspectives and approaches. Active listening and asking powerful questions are the main tools in the process.

The coach helps the client set clear and realistic goals, which is important for creating change, maintaining focus and encouraging the client. Through coaching, the client deepens their learning, improves their performance and utilizes their full personal potential.

Behind every manager, leader and employee is something even more important – the individual and the person.

Through coaching, you increase your knowledge and awareness, highlight and develop the strengths you already have and learn to use your abilities in the best possible way.

Coaching as a method promotes collaboration, communication, action and learning which in turn leads to employees being able to perform, succeed and feel better. It is about being given the opportunity for reflection and to work based on individual goals, needs and values.

By investing in the development of your employees, you increase motivation and engagement, which in turn creates positive changes in corporate culture, individual well-being and profitability.

Today, many job seekers also place greater demands on their prospective employer. Showing that you invest in and care for your employees also contributes to becoming a more attractive and sought-after workplace.

It takes about 15 minutes to onboard. You will then answer questions about yourself, among other things. The answers to the questions then generate your behavioral analysis, which forms the basis for the match between you and your coach(es).

With our algorithm based on behavioral analysis, you are matched with the coaches who best match your behavioral profile and your desired coaching area.

All of our initial meetings are 45 minutes long. Subsequent meetings, regardless of subscription, are 30 minutes long.

How many meetings you have with your coach per month depends on the type of license you subscribe to.

Cancellations and rebookings can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by logging into your profile here on Zebrain’s platform.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

Log in to your profile and select “chat with coach.” There you can also choose to contact our Zebrain coach who guarantees feedback within 24 hours.

We recommend that you try to stick with the same coach for continuity and stability. But it is also important that it feels good to you and that the personal chemistry with your coach is right. Should the need arise, it is therefore of course fine to change coaches.

All information you share with us and your coach is strictly confidential. Under Legal on our website you will find all terms and conditions regarding information handling, user agreements and processing of personal data.

No, we cannot migrate data directly from Platform 1 to Dazzle due to the different processes and structures of the two platforms. However, you will still have access to Platform 1 during the transition period to retrieve all necessary historical data.

Your previously scheduled meetings will remain unaffected. You can continue to hold those meetings on the old platform during the transition period.
Once you have transitioned to the new platform, we recommend that you schedule any future meetings there to ensure consistency and a seamless experience.

Previous communications and notes with your Coach will remain available on the old platform, however, these will not be automatically migrated to the new platform.

Yes, absolutely. We comply with GDPR regulations to protect your personal data and ensure that it is processed lawfully and transparently. To ensure user privacy, only you and, in some cases, your coach can see your focus areas and tasks. Communications are also private, with only you and the intended recipient able to read them. We share general progress statistics at an aggregated, anonymized level, such as activity and unidentifiable gap analyses, with your employer to provide insights without compromising individual anonymity. There is no employment relationship established between you and us at Zebrain, nor do you guarantee us a minimum capacity. Our relationship is based on a long-term partnership where you are an ambassador and representative for us. Welcome!

As a coach, you get access to our entire client base, where both corporate and private customers can log in and be matched with you as a coach.

The result is a broad, varied and interesting client base. We do not limit ourselves to any specific sectors or industries.

Coaching via Zebrain is 100% digital, so you only meet your clients via video meeting.

It is completely free to become a coach with us. We welcome your application.

Our agreement is a standard agreement with 1 month’s mutual notice period.

To become part of our team, you must have liability insurance and be self-employed or work through your own employment company.

Your first meeting with a new client is 45 minutes. After that, meetings are 30 minutes long. All meetings always take place via our digital platform.

It works perfectly! You get access to a complete platform and an administrative tool where you handle all bookings, rebookings and cancellations. On the platform you will find, among other things, a virtual whiteboard, a chat and an emoji library and you can follow your clients’ progress through measurements and data analysis.

If you as a coach bring your own clients into the platform, you can choose to limit their availability so that they only match with you as the selected coach. We have developed a function for this called Zebrain Inside. For questions about this, email jessica@zebrain.se.

Zebrain Inside is a feature for companies and employee coaches who only wish to coach clients within their own company. The platform works just like usual but is limited to only showing clients and coaches within your company.

The measurements consist of four parts that together measure the client’s total potential:

Self-awareness – Who am I and what do I want?
Self-awareness is a necessary foundation for successful self-leadership and is well documented in research (e.g. Neck and Houghton 2006 and D’Intino et al. 2007).

Grundenergi – Hur mår jag?
Vårt test för grundenergi bygger på de stresstester som används inom forskning och behandlingar både i Sverige och utomlands. Bl.a KEDS, Karolinska Exhaustion Disorder Scale. Effekter av negativ stress är väl dokumenterat i forskningen och gäller konsekvenser såväl för den egna hälsan som för effekter på arbetet.

Motivation – Hur motiverad är jag?
Vårt motivationstest bygger bl.a på Self Determination Theory (SDT) som utvecklades på 70-talet av Edward Deci och Richard Ryan, Kenneth W Thomas samt Teresa Amabile forskningschef Harvard Business School och hennes forskning.

Självledarskap – Hur kan jag lyckas med det jag vill?
Vårt självledarskapstest bygger på forskning visar att individer som praktiserar ett systematiskt självledarskap har större sannolikhet för att prestera, både i privat och i arbetslivet (DiLiello and Houghton 2006) och bl.a Gisela Bäcklander, (doktorsavhandling från KTH Autonomous, yet Aligned: Challenges of self-leadership in context 2020).

Det finns inga samband mellan våra personligheter eller våra olika beteendemönster och hur framgångsrika eller lyckliga vi är eller kan bli. Därför är det vår bestämda uppfattning att man inte ska använda modeller som mäter beteendestilar som underlag för den typen av bedömningar. Däremot ökar våra förutsättningar att uppnå det vi vill ju mer vi känner till vad som är viktigt för oss, vart vi är på väg, våra styrkor, våra begränsningar och hur vi påverkar andra. Ju mer självinsikt desto större möjligheter!
