Our proprietary algorithm matches each employee with the right coach based on his or her behaviour profile, needs and coaching area. This maximises alignment in personal chemistry and goals for both employees and coaches, which leads to better and faster results.
We measure potential by looking at the individual’s current situation in relation to their goal and desired situation. Through continuous measurements, employees receive feedback on their own development, and coaches receive valuable information about the employees progress and development.
Based on the measurements, the platform automatically assigns personalised exercises that the employee works with individually between coach meetings. The exercises are based on the employee’s development and help the person develop further in the areas of self-awareness, basic energy, motivation, and self-leadership to reach his or her full potential.
As a company, you have the option to rotate a license between different employees so that more people have the opportunity to develop and reach their full potential. Each employee gets tailored development and the opportunity for individual coaching accurately matched to the coach who is best suited to them.
We measure, benchmark, and follow up on your employee’s development against his or her total potential towards the goals that the company and employee have set together. This way, we can give you concrete data on how the employee’s individual development has an impact on your objectives.

We carefully select all our coaches. All are certified according to International Coaching Federation (ICF) to at least the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level and have at least 200 hours of practical experience. We offer coaching in several different languages and in several areas of development. Our coaches help individuals, teams, and entire organizations to develop, become stronger and achieve their goals.
Zebrain is a listed partner for preventive care by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan). This means that an employer can receive a subsidy of up to 50% of the costs.
