Now Zebrain closes an A round from the investment company ByWiT, specialized in digital growth and sustainability

The health tech company Zebrain offers the Nordics' first platform for employee development, based on the proven coaching methodology. The platform contributes concretely and effectively to employees' mental health and performance by making coaching and personal development available and measurable throughout the organization.

Zebrain continuously measures the client's untapped potential and activates this through individually tailored exercises and, if desired, access to a matched coach via a proprietary video solution and coach chat. Through behavioral algorithms, each Zebrain user is uniquely matched with a highly certified coach for rapid confidence building, development and results.

- Coaching has long been used to release potential and build mental strength in primarily managers with an average ROI of between 500%-700%. In Zebrain's platform, all employees get access to the kind of coaching and results with clear effects on both mental health and presentation. Behind Zebrain is an experienced team of tech entrepreneurs, specialists and developers where a majority of the team are women. In addition to CEO Anna Bloth Karling, who previously founded the SaaS company Hubbster, the founding team also includes Jessica Huge, certified coach and former coach manager at Wise Consulting, and serial entrepreneur Gustaf Karling as chairman of the board.

Previous investors include the real estate entrepreneur Erik Selin through ES Aktiehandel, the fintech company Instantor's former CEO Simon Edström, AdTraction's founder Simon Gustafson, the entrepreneur Pierre de Boer and the investor Anders Söderström.

Since spring 2021, Zebrain has been approved by Försäkringskassan for preventive measures.
