Participant Kickoff

At the beginning of each program, we conduct a participant Kick-off session where we cover the following essential aspects:

  • Introduction to the coaching program and its underlying purpose.
  • Clear communication of what participants can expect from the program and how the program operates in practice
  • Insight into Zebrain’s coaching method, tools, and measurement to track development.
  • A demonstration of our platform, showcasing its features and functionality
  • Q&A to provide opportunity for participants to address any queries

We leverage behavioural analysis to carefully match client and coach, taking into account their behavioural profile, specific needs, and development areas.

The matching algorithms ensures accurate personal chemistry and goal alignment. The outcome is a conducive environment that fosters improved outcomes and facilitates faster progress.

By focusing on accuracy in the matching, we can ensure the potential for participants and coaches to work towards shared objectives, resulting in enhanced results and accelerated growth.

Individual and Team Coaching

We provide both individual and team coaching, delivering personalised guidance and support.

All coaching sessions take place in our own video solution in the platform, ensuring convenience and flexibility.
